Brief:Open-plan, traditional, modern living
Worktop:Marble & Oak
The client extended the back of this charming cottage to create an open plan sociable space that was suitable for everyday living as well as larger social gatherings. We chose the 1909 hand-painted in-frame cabinetry for its traditional style but kept it modern by using Partridge Grey units, the contrasting statement island in Slate Grey features beautiful end pilasters and creates a great family dining area. Marble and Oak worktops compliment the grey of the units and Oak flooring beautifully.
Brief:Modern, contemporary, open plan
Worktop:Tri Stone composite in colour Latona
The clients wanted to make their kitchen a key focal area of their home and so knocked through two rooms and added a large extension to their property to create a more social and multi-functional space. With a modern style in mind it was important that it had an inviting feel and was not too stark and chose the Cashmere gloss cabinetry for its clean contemporary lines and blended this with a composite tri stone worktop in Latona to add warmth to the scheme. The versatile island incorporates lots of useful storage as well as being a social focal point of the design.
Brief:Modern, open plan, easy maintenance
The client's kitchen was tired and outdated and lacked the storage needs of a growing family. The client asked us to design a kitchen that was family friendly, fun and easy to maintain. We selected the Remo gloss in White and incorporated a selection of useful storage solutions such as pull-out pantries, a magic corner and pull-out bins. We complimented the white cabinetry with a thick Corian worktop which blended into a breakfast bar. The hot pink statement glass splash-back adds some fun to this family friendly space.
